Apple Inc’s music service was having problems, the iPhone manufacturer announced on its status page late Monday, as customers reported problems with the company’s other services.

According to the outage tracking website Downdetector.com, services such as the support service and the Apple store were unavailable for thousands of users.
At the height of the outage, over 3,300 customers reported difficulty streaming Apple Music, while almost 2,200 reported problems with the App Store in the United States.

According to Apple’s status page, Apple Music, Apple Music Radio, and iTunes Match were all experiencing a “outage.” The status page also revealed that consumers were having problems with Apple News.

Apple did not react quickly to a Reuters request for comment on the cause of the outage or whether additional services were affected, as Downdetector showed.

Downdetector monitors outages by aggregating status updates from many sources, including user-submitted faults on its platform. The outage could affect a bigger number of people.
