Mercy Nnenda Chinwo, also known as Mercy Chinwo, a well-known Nigerian gospel musician, and Gift Ugochi Christopher, also known as Pastor GUC, have caused a sensation on social media by unfollowing one another on Instagram.

Checking their pages reveals that the gospel musicians who had previously collaborated had severed relations.
They were no longer following one another, according to a review at their followers.

Mercy and Reverend GUC were close friends before the incident and sang at each other’s weddings.

Moreover, Mercy and Minister GUC previously shared a record label.

This happened a short time after GUC published a dubious article on ungrateful people, which many people think was directed towards Mercy Chinwo.

The gospel singer wrote a piece on not anticipating much from others after posting frequently about their breakup.

On social media, many made fun of them for preaching the gospel while harboring animosity, while others defended them for being human in response to the unexpected situation.
