Christina Ashten Gourkani, Kim Kardashian’s look-alike, died of a heart attack while recovering from plastic surgery.

The OnlyFans model, 34, died in the hospital on Thursday, just hours after undergoing surgery.

Her family broke the sad news online and set up a GoFundMe campaign to raise money for her funeral next week.

The family expressed their shock and anguish at the news in a message on the page, as well as a brief explanation of the events leading up to Christina’s death.

“It is with deep sorrow and an immensely heavy broken heart that we have to share the most shattering, unfortunate, and unexpected passing of our beautiful beloved daughter and sister Christina Ashten Gourkani”, it reads in part.

It went on to detail how terrible it was when someone realized Christina was dying and called the family at 4:30 a.m., shouting, “Ashten is dying, Ashten is dying.”

The family described the phone conversation as a living nightmare, followed by a quick decrease in Christina’s condition due to a cardiac arrest.

They described her as “such a caring and loving free spirit who always took the time to bring a smile to everyone she met.”

As of Wednesday afternoon, the GoFundMe campaign has raised $3,540 of the $40,000 goal.
