The Lagos State Department of Public Prosecution (DPP) arraigned Chrisland School Ltd and four staff members on Thursday for the alleged manslaughter of Whitney Adeniran, a 12-year-old pupil.
They were brought before Ikeja High Court Justice Oyindamola Ogala.
According to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), Ademoye Adewale, Kuku Fatai, Belinda Amao, and Nwatu Ugochi Victoria were charged with manslaughter and negligent actions.
After the charge was given to them, the defendants pleaded not guilty.
