Nigerian pop-soul sensation Ric Hassani continues to delight listeners with his latest musical offerings, demonstrating his flexibility and unmistakable brilliance. Following the release of his debut album, ‘The Prince I Became,’ in 2021, the singer-songwriter is about to make another impact in the music industry with the simultaneous release of two new songs.

Ric Hassani released ‘Amina’ and ‘The One’ on April 21, 2023, as he prepares to release his third album.

Ric Hassani’s artistic vision is on full display as he smoothly merges diverse genres and styles, from soulful R&B to uplifting Afrobeat, all while preserving his own sound.

Hassani ventures beyond of his comfort zone with ‘Amina,’ experimenting with an Amapiano-infused sound that is sure to have people moving on the dancefloor. The music delivers a fresh take on Afro-R&B that’s both familiar and new, combining his mellifluous vocals with enticing lyricism and an irresistible rhythm.

Meanwhile, ‘The One’ is slated to be the definitive summer anthem, kicking off the festival season in 2023. Hassani’s distinctive flair shines through on this track, which is both infectious and thoughtful. It’s the kind of tune that sticks with you long after the final notes drift away.
