The Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, has described President-elect Bola Tinubu’s schedule as “very tight.”
Tinubu, he says, stays awake at night to accomplish his finest work.
Fashola, a former governor of Lagos State, revealed this on Channels TV on Sunday.
The state’s current two-term governor and minister served as Tinubu’s chief of staff.
He warned anybody who wanted to work with Tinubu to be prepared, saying Tinubu is “very nocturnal.”
“For four and a half years, I was his chief of staff.” Lai Mohammed was replaced by me.
“Controlling Asiwaju’s schedule was a difficult task because he has day and night schedules.”
“For those who are going to work with him, he is very nocturnal. I hope he changes. He will wake you up at night. He does his best work in the dead of the night. Unless you push back and claim your space at night, he will encroach it,” Fashola said.
