School children were forced to flee for their lives as high school cultists battled in Lagos’ Okota District.

At the time this report was submitted, it was unclear if the police had returned things to normal or if the cult organizations had been located.

At the Apata Roundabout, our reporter closely witnessed three high school lads who appeared to be members of a gang carrying shattered bottles and aiming knives at a student gathering.

When one of the escaping pupils spoke with our correspondent.
All of them clammed up and said they didn’t want to talk because of the conflict.

“I don’t know the group that is fighting. I’m just going to my house. I’m not there Sir,” a teenage boy in Okota Grammar school uniform said.

Five youths who were running along Isolo Road pleaded not guilty and innocent.
