Concerned indigenes of Aboh Community in Ndokwa East Local Government Area of Delta State have petitioned the US Embassy in Nigeria requesting for the criminal records of one Mr. Oputa Gregory Nnamdi.

The petition was midwifed and signed by Sechap A. Tsokwa, Esq. of Titanium Shield Legal Consult.

In the petition, which was addressed to the Ambassador of the United States to Nigeria, they alleged that the subject of interest, one Mr. Oputa Gregory, is currently vying for the exalted position of King of Aboh Kingdom.

“This verification is a crucial part of our client’s assessment process for determining his eligibility to hold office as required by the constitution of the Community.”

The petitioner further alleged that, sometime in 1986, the subject of interest was convicted of an offence and sentenced to six months imprisonment in Nigeria.

The proponents of the petition attached the judgement of Court to the petition.

The petitioner urged the US government to help provide any criminal records pertaining to the subject matter.
