JAMB has described its role in the matter of female students who were denied the opportunity to take the Mock UTME at Covenant University in Otta, Ogun State.
The incident, which made news after the students were denied entry to the university because they wore hijabs, triggered a countrywide outcry.
Numerous citizens and civil society organizations accused the university administration of prejudice.
JAMB has stated that it dealt with the problem as soon as it was made aware of it.
