The PDP Young Democrats, a youth organisation connected with the Peoples Democratic Party, has called for an immediate evaluation of the party’s performance in the 2023 general election across the 36 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory.

Even as the group urged the party’s acting Chairman, Umar Damagum, to organize a National Executive Committee meeting as soon as possible to tackle pressing issues impacting the party.

Speaking to journalists in Abuja, the group’s spokesperson, Alaibi Joseph, also requested the immediate resignation of the PDP National Secretary, Sen Samuel Anyanwu, who had earlier emerged as the party’s governorship candidate in Imo State.
