Shehu Sani, a former senator from Kaduna Central, and Bashir El-Rufai, the son of Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai, have engaged in a Twitter word war.

Senator Sani was reported to have taken to Twitter earlier on Thursday to comment on the Federal Government’s readiness to construct an airplane before the end of President Muhammadu Buhari’s second term on May 29th.

According to the former congressman, if the stated deadline is followed, the Nigerian government should have manufactured at least tyres for the aircraft by now.

“If we are to meet the target of producing an aircraft by May 29th, at least the tyres should have been produced by now,” Sani tweeted.

Bashir El-Rufai, El-Rufai’s son, insulted Sani, saying he was relieved the former lawmaker will be unemployed for another eight years.

“Lmaoo. I am overjoyed that this man will be unemployed for another eight years. “I enjoy his tweets,” the governor’s son said.

Senator Sani, on the other hand, slammed Bashir, saying he doesn’t expect much from him and referring to him as a polygamist’s offspring.

“I don’t expect less from a product of a polygamist’s loose and exhausted sperm,” Sani wrote in response to the governor’s son of Kaduna State.
