Umu-Ossai Family Dissociated Itself From Chalking of Dr Greg Oputa As Umu-Ossai Family Union, Aboh Branch has dissociated itself from the chalking of Chief Greg Oputa as the king-elect at night by some persons in company of heavily armed police officers.
In a statement signed by Elder Gilbert Iwezu (Okpala of Omu-Ossai Aboh and Chief Marshall (Secretary), and Mr Sunday Onwusah ( President, Umu-Ossai Family Union said: “We, the Umu-Ossai Family Quarter of Aboh Kingdom hereby state expressively that we are not satisfied with the above act and so not part of the processing, the act is not in line with Aboh Custom and tradition.”
