Former Governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Seriake Dickson, has dumped his party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), for the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC.
Dickson, who is currently addressing a world press conference, said that he is a man of conviction and that the PDP at the moment is at Intensive Care Unit, ICU.
According to him, the nation and Nigeria cannot be a one-party State.
