Nigerians in the United States of America have obtained permission from the US government to protest the outcome of Nigeria's 2023 Presidential election, which was conducted on February 25.

The Labour Party has stated that it is sure that Nigerians will not be intimidated into giving up their legitimate, legal right to seek judicial redress in order to reclaim their mandate, which was freely granted to the LP Presidential Candidate, Peter Obi, and was then brazenly stolen.

The Labour Party stated on Tuesday that the cost of nomination and expression of interest forms for its governorship candidates interested in running in the off-season elections in Bayelsa, Kogi, and Imo states would be N15 million naira.

Human rights activist and Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Mr. Femi Falana, has affirmed that votes cast in all parts of Nigeria are equal, and that Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), has been considered to be the country's 37th state.

The All Progressives Congress, United States Chapter (APC-USA) has roundly condemned the Nigerian American Coalition for Justice and Democracy (NACJD), labeling it a group of Peter Obi's followers (the so-called "Obidients") allegedly masquerading as a non-partisan political action organisation.
