The founder of the RIG Nation and Pioneer Church, UK, Apostle Tomi Arayomi, has been released by Department of State Service (DSS) agents.
Tobi Arayomi, the cleric’s twin brother, was said to have confirmed the latest development on his Instagram page.
This website previously reported that Tomi was apprehended by DSS agents for allegedly making political prophesies.
“Hello everyone, I need your assistance,” he said. I recently learned that my brother has been detained by the Nigerian Department of State Services, or DSS. My brother and his wife, Tema, have been arrested for political reasons.
“He had just arrived in Lagos when he was detained at the airport.” He is being politically targeted because some of his prophetic remarks have caused problems for the Nigerian government.”
The preacher in issue has made predictions concerning the Nigerian elections and their consequences in 2023.
Tobi revealed on social media that the DSS is still holding the cleric’s assistant and is soliciting prayers.
He also thanked everyone who had contacted out in the aftermath of the latest arrest.
“@tomiarayomi and @tahmar.india are Out!!!” he wrote. Thank you for your prayers!!! We continue to pray for the release of his personal assistant, Emmanuel.”
